I had the pleasure of working with Nommi as a coach and coordinator for our multiracial and multifaith social justice coalition. Nommi’s ability to hold space for all the different opinions and perspectives that emerged in our diverse team without becoming reactive, her patience in staying connected and helping us move forward together (even when we all seemed headed in different directions), and her gracious sense of self and presence that invited honesty and vulnerability were all amazing gifts that lifted us higher. Not to mention her courage, grit, and intellect which she has in spades!
